This foundation is used for critical illness insurance and personal accident insurance for all employees and their immediate family members. When an employee or their family member suffers from a serious illness and the family cannot afford the medical expenses, the employee can apply to the group for assistance. The funds provided by the foundation do not need to be repaid by the employees and are all provided free of charge.
