On February 13, 2025, in the festive atmosphere of the Chinese New Year, the first meeting of Guoji Company's New Year's Eve - the Company Marketing Conference - was grandly held at the training center on the fourth floor of Guoji Company's Laixi operation area.

Firstly, the chairman delivered a speech on the theme of "change and talent", pointing out that the company will embark on a comprehensive journey of change in 2025. In terms of industrial layout, we will achieve a significant leap from land-based industries to marine industries, actively expand our market territory, seize new opportunities for the development of the marine economy, and transform our business operation model from a traditional production technology oriented enterprise to a marketing oriented enterprise, truly placing customer needs at the core. To achieve this transformation, in the next two years, all company general managers will be appointed by personnel with marketing backgrounds. At the same time, the logistics and administrative departments will fully serve the front line, while the front line will focus on serving customers, ensuring that every aspect of enterprise operation is closely centered around customer needs.
Talent strategy
In terms of talent strategy, we have shifted from the traditional recruitment model to actively recruiting people.
