It has been 10 years since I joined Guoji in 2017. Looking back, the past like a series of paintings, as clear as if it was just yesterday. Growth is never a smooth journey. Although I've encountered many setbacks, I've also gained a lot in various fields. All these achievements stem from our inspiration and the strong drive of Guoji.

As the saying goes, "In literature, there is no absolute best; in martial arts, there is no definite second." For the technical management, although we may achieve "results" at certain stages, these are often just the starting for the next step. Just as the guilding book of Guoji <Who Moved My Cheese> tells us, "The only constant in the world is change." People are products of their environment. Few can break away from the environment and enjoy the sunny days alone after braving the storms. Mr. Cao builds Guoji, and Guoji supports Mr. Cao. This has created a high-speed train that never stops, always striving forward. Once you're on this train, you can't slow down; you have to run at full speed and make a desperate dash.

Looking back on my career, although I haven't delved deeply into a single industry, I've gained a good understanding of many industries through cross-learning and reached a good level. All of this is due to Guoji's "changes" and "constants", and based on the three key elements of Guoji: "execution, sense of identity, and value creation". Turning the impossible into possible and turning the bad things into good things are the characteristic of Guoji’s people.

"This year is the worst among the past years, but it will be the best in the future." The speech at Guoji's management forum still extremely loud today. Indeed, the construction market is no longer like before, and it's impossible to return to the past. When the wind is strong enough, even a pig can fly. How can we tell who is truly capable? Only in the trough of the industry, we can see a person's ability, a boss's vision, and a company's operational strength. Guoji not only insist on its traditional industries but also develop the marine shipping industry, continuing its legend. The intersection of traditional and emerging industries will surely bring about many opportunities, as well as a series of difficulties. In conclusion, although the way is long, we will reach our destination if we keep going; although the task is difficult, we can achieve success if we take action.
