Greet the Innovation with Heart, Achieve Every Change

I joined Guoji in 2018, Starting from the position of HR Director, later transitioned to operations manager and to be Vice President now. Follow the quickly development of the enterprise, I've also been achieving personal growth step by step.

Looking back on the journey, I've experienced and witnessed a lot. The company has expanded from land-based operations to the marine field, and is from a single-business to the current situation of that the eight major main businesses are advancing side by side... About the topic of "Guoji People Story", there are so many people worthy of being written for after careful consideration. Every one of us at Guoji has their unique charm and personal stories to tell, and all express their love in various ways.

During my years at Guoji, there are two keywords that I've deeply felt, and I sincerely want to share them with everyone who reads this article.

The first is "positive energy". As the world changes, our original aspirations remain the same. No matter what happens, we always maintain a positive mindset and hold the right way. Even after experiencing the turn of life and the development of the world, we still hold on trust and kindness.

The other keyword is "change". As time goes by, if you don't move forward, you'll fall behind. In the changes of external factors, we should learn to adapt quickly. Enjoy change and break through our own limitations. Only in this way we can become better versions of ourselves.
