Establish a friendship with sincerity and stay committed with honesty

When we first met, I went to an interview with my resume. With non-matching major and lack of experience, I thought this meeting was no result. During our honest conversation, I mentioned the outfitting parts field where I had been deeply involved for many years by accident, and talked about my ideals and perseverance. To my surprise, the sincerity and determination are accepted by boss. With a simple statement "If you've made up your mind, we focus on outfitting parts", without any grand words, he lit up the way ahead for me and initiated the journey, then we working together to pursue our dreams in our company.

When I first arrived at the base, what I saw was a desolate open space. There were no well-organized workshops or complete equipment, only a piece of land waiting to be developed, but we were full of enthusiasm. Since no back way, we faced the challenges bravely. From the preparation of the workshop to the debugging of equipment, from the trial production running-in to the successful shipment for the first batch of products, we found our way forward, accumulating experience in exploration and growing through perseverance.

The former new employees have got outstanding skills through years of hard work and are now capable of handling their own responsibilities in their positions. The once-desolate workshop had been changed to a standardized and efficient production base with the concerted efforts of all employees.

There are no grand words. Only a group of people, one thing, and one shared goal.

We do things in steadily manner and conduct ourselves with integrity. We'll continue to walk this way together in the days to come!
