Six Years of Companionship, Chasing the Light Upwards

Hello, everyone! I'm Shi Min. Since I joined the Guoji family in March 2020, six years have passed. Looking back on these six years of work, from the initial ignorance to the current calmness, all of this is inseparable from the training provided by Guoji.

From being a junior salesperson at the beginning to becoming the consecutive sales champion now, every step of my growth owes to the company's guidance and the support of Guoji family. In the six years of being rooted in Guoji, every achievement has witnessed the significance of perseverance and has also allowed me to meet a better of myself. I'm grateful to Guoji and thankful for this encounter!

I still remember when I first joined the company, everything seemed so strange to me. I was not familiar with the people, the working environment, and even the product I was going to sell-concrete. At the beginning, I faced failure everywhere when running business. The projects I managed to bring back were rejected because they didn't meet the company's goal of development. I was also quite uncomfortable with the company's rules. At that moment, I was really on the verge of collapse and even thought about giving up! With the encouragement of the company's leaders and colleagues, I changed my mind, gradually built up my confidence, and slowly integrated into the Guoji family. The boss once said, "Giving up is the simplest way to solve problem, but it is also the most cowardly act. When you feel uncomfortable, it is also the time for you to break through and grow." This sentence has been my driving force ever since.

At first, I didn't understand Guoji. Now, I've become a true Guoji people. As I keep up with Guoji's development, I gradually find that Guoji is a company with corporate culture. Guoji promotes the high-quality development of every employee and provides support for every employee who is willing to follow Guoji. After I truly understood Guoji, I was deeply touched by this feelings. My mindset has changed from individualism at the beginning to collectivist and then to corporatist, and I'm willing to work hard for it. These experiences have become precious wealth in my life's growth process! Guoji is the starting point and the soul of my dreams. I've witnessed the beauty and gained strength from it. Thank you, Guoji, for allowing even a person like me to shine.

In 2026, it's the second year of the company's transformation. I'm lucky to go through this process. From the land to the ocean and from Qingdao to Jiangsu, this is both a challenge and an opportunity for me! When chasing dreams across mountains and seas, the distance doesn't seem far. The road ahead is long, but I'll stride forward. Guoji is no longer just a safe haven, it's the starting for me to create a new situation. Standing at this new starting point, I'll continue to maintain my passion, keep up with the company's development, lead our team to strive for our dreams and work for our happiness, and turn the grand vision into a beautiful reality!
